The Gladstone Theatre uses a third-party ticketing system called TicketSearch to process transactions and handle seat reservations. TicketSearch requires the most up-to-date web browsers to ensure the security of your digital information and transactions.

Our system will work better with an up-to-date browser. More importantly, it will help us protect your credit card and personal information. Updating will also make the rest of the web look better and reduce the spread of viruses and malware.

2. Is your workplace network blocking TicketSearch?

We have heard some reports that ticket buying is blocked from some federal government offices. Consider accessing our site from a mobile phone network or your home network instead.

Some people find they can buy tickets on their phones but not on their computer, or visa versa.
Technology…who can understand it??
